Greetings! I'm Mark Althoff, a seasoned real estate agent deeply rooted in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. I hold a degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a concentration in psychology from Old Dominion University.
Throughout my life, I've fostered a keen interest in real estate, which I pursued actively as a hobby. Over time, this passion evolved into a professional pursuit, prompting my decision to transition into the realm of real estate as a Realtor. With 24 years of residency in Forest Hill, Harford County, MD, and the prior 33 years in Baltimore county and city, I possess an intimate familiarity with the intricacies of Baltimore City and Baltimore, Cecil and Harford Counties.
Preceding my real estate tenure, I dedicated over two decades to nonprofit endeavors, particularly in the realm of supporting children with disabilities. Notably, I contributed significantly to The Maryland School for the Blind working directly with the students and advancing ultimately to the Director of Development responsible for all fundraising, communications and marketing.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I have been actively involved in soccer, both as a coach, member of the soccer board of the Hickory Fountain Green program and as a fan. Furthermore, I cherish the time spent with my family, including my wife, four children, and four grandchildren.
In my real estate practice, I adhere steadfastly to the principle of "Whatever it Takes." This ethos propels me to go above and beyond for my clients, whether it entails tending to landscaping needs while they're away or ensuring their properties are well-maintained during their absence.
I am committed to meeting the diverse needs of my clientele spanning Central and Northern Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania. Allow me to leverage my expertise and dedication to facilitate your real estate endeavors with utmost professionalism and diligence. Let's embark on this journey together to realize your housing aspirations.
